Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
At SQUARED GF, we take great pride in crafting high-quality, gluten-free desserts and baking ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at patriciaconforti@squaredgf.com. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
We will review your request and offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Allergy Disclaimer
While our products are 100% gluten-free, they are made in a facility that may also process other allergens. Please review our ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We cannot accept returns due to allergy concerns.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please check with the carrier and provide them with your tracking number.
